I believe that pricing and preparing the home to sell go hand in hand. Homes that are nicely staged typically sell for top dollar, so I offer free staging services to help my sellers present their homes in the best possible light. I also believe that high-quality photos are crucial for effective marketing. From the welcome mat on the front porch and the wreath on the door to the leather binder on the kitchen counter showcasing all the home’s attributes, I package each property with a personal touch. My goal is to ensure buyers remember the wonderful features of my listings and come back with an offer in hand.

MY PRIORITIES & PASSIONS
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with family and friends. My husband and I have been happily married for over 30 years, and together we enjoy watching our 5 children grow and thrive. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed serving in a variety of community and philanthropic organizations, from PTA chair to Girl Scout troop leader and Cub Scout pack master. I am an active member of Stonebridge Church in The Woodlands and together with my husband, Eric, we serve as “Small Group” Bible study leaders. I am honored to partner with Compassion International to support 5 children who live overseas. My hobbies include interior design, renovating homes for market flips, and scrapbooking when time allows.
